The building contains offices for 3,100 employees, the Credit Agricole trading room, various restaurants, 2 auditoriums, one bank branch, as well as all the services necessary for such an important head office.
The business continuity imperative imposed that all production must be secured (redundant systems) and separate alarm zones maintained per entity. The studies also included the classification of the trading room as a “vital point of interest”. The building is fully entirely occupied by La Française REM. Floor area 10,000 m2 on G+7 and 5 underground levels adjoining a company restaurant (400 meals a day) and 234 parking places.

On a rural campus, the site includes 2 main buildings: - The headquarters of Mercedes Benz France, 15,000 m² (offices, datacentre for the Mercedes Benz France network, 900 parking places). - The Mercedes Benz Academy, 5,500 m² (mechanical workshops, fully-equipped garages (compressed air, special extractions, etc.) training rooms and common areas).
The contract also included tenants' projects. Builders & partners teams were able to complete the entire project within the particularly tight deadline of 17 months. The scope of the mission included amenities and furnishings for Mercedes Benz France.

VERY HIGH QUALITY HOUSING In the heart of one of the most beautiful districts in the capital, on the fringe of the heritage conservation and development sector, the project was to totally rehabilitate a pre-Haussmann building, previously used as offices, to turn it into exceptional residential housing.
With a floor area of approximately 2.500 m², some 20 very high quality apartments were built, using noble materials and the most modern techniques (particularly for energy management and occupants’ comfort).

The first project entirely built to Richemont Group safety standards, this heavy renovation resulted in a real showcase for the brand. The building includes in a single exceptional complex the large workshop and School of Maison VAN CLEEF & ARPELS. It required “haute couture” competence on the part of the participants.
The existing workshop was extended to provide the space and technical facilities required by the jeweller. The project harmoniously reconciles the exceptional quality of the amenities, with an ERP space, in the prestigious environment of Place Vendôme.
